Students who serve as work-studies in the Leahy Center range from Freshman to Graduate students at the ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌÃ. Students must qualify for federal or state work-study funds in order to be considered for a position.

Work-study tasks include:

  • Office work, including: filing, calling patients, organizing
  • Language interpretation
  • Data collection
  • Tracking volunteer hours
  • Organizing work-study and volunteer student clearances
  • Managing the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Assisting with program execution, including: food pantry, Peacemakers, Clinic, ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌà of Success
  • Maintaining the Leahy Center's website and internet presence
