Compensation

The ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌà is committed to a compensation philosophy that:

The ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌÃ's compensation program is intended to provide competitive, fair, and equitable salaries and benefits to attract, retain, and engage highly qualified administrators and staff. To this end, the ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌà will:

  • Provide salary opportunities that are based on job responsibilities, competitive within the markets in which the ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌà competes for talent and promote internal equity with jobs across campus that have similar duties, with consideration for the financial resources of the ³Ô¹ÏÌìÌÃ
  • Recognize and reward expertise, sustained contributions, and performance
  • Ensure understanding of the compensation program through open, clear, and accessible communication and continued employee training on key components of the program
